Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sophimole (the "Service"), operated by Kayja Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15562258), registered office 92 Sheldon Road, Chippenham, SN14 0BX, United Kingdom ("Kayja", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Sophimole is an online platform for creating, hosting, and taking courses and related learning content. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, plans and billing

  • We offer Basic (free), Pro (£19/month) and Enterprise (£99/month) plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor, Stripe.
  • By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method for the recurring fee until you cancel.
  • Prices are in GBP and may exclude taxes where applicable. We may change plan pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (b) breach any applicable law or third-party rights; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; (d) resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan; (e) use the Service to send spam or malware. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of course materials and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to Your Content and for its legality.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Kayja Solutions Ltd and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, liability) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
